Target has more games on clearance. (YMMV)
Of course this will vary from store to store, but my local Target (San Antonio, TX) pulled a bunch of games for Clearance. These are the ones I can remember.
PS2
Wild Arms 3 $20.98
Jet X2O $20.98
Hot Shots Golf $20.98
Test Drive $20.98
Xbox
Toe Jam and Earl 3 $34.98
NFL Blitz $20.98
MLB Slugfest $20.98
GameCube
Capcom vs SNK 2 EO $20.98
NHL 2003 $20.98
Turok Evolution $13.98
Tiger Woods 2003 $20.98
Wave Race $20.98
Agent Under Fire $20.98
NFL Blitz $20.98
MLB Slugfest $20.98
Bomberman Generation $20.98
FIFA 2003 $20.98
ESPN Winter Olympics $13.98
There was also some GameBoy Advance, N64 and some other console stuff I'm forgetting. It might be worth checking the Clearance section at your local store. I picked up Wild Arms 3, NHL 2003, and Capcom vs SNK2 which is a fantastic fighting game.

THAT SUCKS!!! My Target never puts anything good on clearance, especially NHL 2003, Turok, or Tiger Woods. The one I was in yesterday (Plymouth Meeting, PA) only had Crazy Taxi 3 on XBox on clearance for 19.98.

Its bashed for the controller, but the game is just like the Dreamcast version which used the same kind of button scheme. I play it using the GCN setting for C stick fighting and the game is a blast to play. The SNK vs Capcom series is much better than the Marvel vs one IMO and I really like the game.
It comes down to the controller. If you are comfortable with the Cube controller you will be fine.

Thanks for the info guys ... muuuusssst hold off buying more games right now... muuuusssst wait for Soul Calibur to buy a fighting game... sorry was talking to myself.
Think I will hold off to buy a fighting game until Soul Calibur (maybe that will be the game to make me add an X-Box to my GC )
So many deals lately on games, I still have to finish RE0, Metroid Prime, BloodRayne, haven't even opened Eternal Darkness, and I just got Mario for the kid...
I don't really have anyone to play Capcom vs SNK against, so I'll hold for now.
Thanks for posting the deal.

Stopped back by Target to buy Xmen 1.5 and they added even more clearance. I updated the list above. The stuff I bought earlier was sold out already though. The GameCube stuff seems to go fast when marked down. I added FIFA 2003 and Bomberman Generation to what I bought earlier.
They also put out a bunch of Game Boy Advance and N64. Too many titles to remember, but hopefully most of the Targets will be doing a clearing out of old stock right now.

As a suggestion:
Most of us realize that Target stores will vary from state to state and even from city to city when it comes to marking down prices on select videogames.
Whenever games go on "sale" or "clearance" it would be helpful to post the location of the Target you found the bargains at.

I'm not exactly sure what Wild Arms 3 is but I checked all the displays for XBox, GC, PS2, and GBA and the only actual red-tagged clearance sticker was Crazy Taxi 3. I'll probably swing by again in the next couple days and take a better look.

Replying to the earlier post about Wild Arms 3, I went back to Target in Plymouth Meeting, PA and for the life of me I couldn't remember the name of that game. But I do specifically remember they they did have that on clearance for 20.98. It wasn't in the display case, it was on the aisle behind the case with other loose games. Some on clearance, most not. They didn't have any more Crazy Taxi and had a few GBA titles (none that I remember or recognized) for 19.98.
