How to lose a guy in 10 days

I saw this last night with the girl friend and it actually wasnt that bad. It is totally not a chick flick, so if you are being pressured to see it dont worry. You might actually enjoy it

This is looking to surprise everyone with a #1 box office take this week. Friday's take of $8 mil could put it at $24-30 mil for the weekend.

Saw it with the gf last night. Not bad. She liked it. I told my gf that the pain and heartache was worth it for him because he got some from her.

This film mines the dating game and its inherent mind games for all its worth, producing a very funny 1st 2 acts that showcases some good comedic timing and wit by both Hudson and McConaghey. While the 3rd act is predictable, but it builds up an undeniable, irresistable, but yet satisfying conclusion.

I give it 3 stars or a grade of B.

or as I like to retitle this movie: "How not to Throw Up after 10 Minutes of the Movie"

recent comedy films have been really lame.

I agree with that. We saw it last night, & it was a brutal 2hrs to sit through. And yes, my wife thought it was really bad as well. My exact quote was.."I would rather watch Hope Floats again before having to watch this once more"...

Went to this with my wife and hated it. I like some romantic comedies, such as Legally Blonde, but hated this one. First, it wasn't really funny. I thought the storyline had potential and some of the situations were funny, but I thought Kate Hudson was terribly miscast here. I did not find her funny or appealing at all. The second half was quite boring. Also, I hated how she turned her bitch switch on at the end and railed the dude for being deceitful. HELLO!!!!, you were just as deceitful as he was, if not worse.
