I tried not to include live cds or soundtracks, also to save space I had to take Ummagumma out so that I could at least get enough options to the end of the Waters period.

As much as I love and have Dark Side of the Moon, The Final Cut, Animals, and Wish You Were Here (also Momentary Lapse of Reason, not listed) :
The Wall is definitely their best, IMO. So much going on and it's perfect.

No one has mentioned the later albums Momentary Lapse and Division Bell..OK, I know they are a different Floyd, but I wonder how they would compare. I love both of them more than most other Floyd albums bar The Wall and Final Cut....I also love the solo Gilmour and Waters stuff...such as Amused To death..Superb album.

My favorite for the longest time were a tie between Wish You Were Here and the Wall...however, recently I put on Meddle again. I had forgotten how very good that album is so that's my favorite right now
