Thank you!!
It is sad to see how the British completely gave up! I loved this show...and would have loved to see it restored!!
I would still however buy the sets at some point (in the future) if they drop the price a bit!!

Quality is more than watchable and let’s face it, no-one else is going to spring for the huge amount needed to remaster all the eps. Well worth the $100 I paid for all 4 seasons.

Had a pre-order which was accidentally cancelled at a UK etailer. When I phoned them to reinstate, the price they gave me was approx $100. I can only assume that was their trade price or some such. Needless to say I didn’t argue with them about it.

I doubt those images could be improved that much. I'm no fan but for a very old show I'd say it's a miracle they're actually available.
Shot on film and no doubt been lying around in a dusty roon for over 20 years. Ah, the memories
I was looking at IMDb when I noticed that the show was actually brought back as CI5: The New Professionals -which is news to me! It has the great Edward Woodward too from the brilliant UK TV series Callan (the film and series 1 (or 3 for fans) is on UK DVD too).
Very enjoyable stuff.

Ha....very, VERY interesting...... I have some good memories from this show and would LOVE to have it but the British price is...ughmmmm...too pricey!
I guess I will wait for awhile to see if they cut the price a bit....
by the way....the picture snaps do not look so bad....I can live with that....
