How is the transfer on Mars Attacks?
I wonder about the transfer on Mars Attacks because I'm interested in buying it, but I already have Beetlejuice and Pee-Wee's Big Adventure and I'm not so pleased with the image quality on either of those.
Wasn't Mars Attacks one of the earlier DVDs?
I also see that Mars Attacks is rumoured to be re-released as a special edition someday, which could be another reason to hold off.

Your lucky that movie is on DVD at all with the list of movie titles still waiting for an initial release. I don't think they will make a special edition of Mars Attacks (see previous statement), and because I don't think there is much of a demand anymore.
Sorry man, I want a special edition of 'Heat' and have to settle for a less than steller transfer, but if you like 'Mars Attacks', go buy it because its out there, dont sit around waitng for a special edition because I can tell you from experience - you'll be waiting a long time.
