Who is still playing their Dreamcast?
How many of us are left? I have been breaking out Giant Gram 2000 lately.
Great system, great games....too short of a life.
Any DC player still giving the system a workout?

I used to have a Dreamcast and sold it awhile back. I've since regretted it because there were alot of stand-out titles that I never got to play. Well, yesterday I bought a system with two controllers and two VMUs off eBay for $34.00. I can't wait to start playing again.

Haven't you seen my game list? Those are the games I still need to get to...
Safe to say I've gotten a lot of mileage out of my DC with so many games left to play after it's release. One of my favorite systems.

I am. who wouldn't, it's a great system. as for it's lifespan. I blame the fact that it was so easy to bootleg games as it's downfall.

It's not currently hooked up, but I still have Grandia II and Skies of Arcadia to play through. Also, once in a while (when I can gather up 4 friends to come over) Tennis 2k2 seems some action.

If I could hijack this thread for a sec, can someone give me the dimensions of the DC? I'm trying to see if I can fit it in with the rest of my consoles. TIA.

Well since the bad Dreamcast games are better than good PS2 games.. this should be a no brainer..
Seriously though.. I pull it out from time to time, I can't say it's a constant player but the machine had SOOO much potential. I think if they had pushed the online stuff a little more it could've had a longer life. Oh, and the controllers for the machine were pretty horrible. But this is the machine that brought me Crazy Taxi, PSO and Jet Grind Radio, so it'll always have a place in my heart. Now the sequels for all 3 of those games are on my new favorite system.
(though nothing will ever beat the SNES)

It killed me to buy a PS2, but I wanted Virtua 4, and I have been enjoying many Sega game, as well as others on the PS2.
At the time the PS2 was released I didn't get the hype at all, I thought the games were so lacking compared to DC titles.

Hell yeah, Fire Pro D and Soul Calibur alone are enough to keep me playing on my DC. And I have yet to touch UFC and RE: Code Veronica. With those, my unplayed PC games, and my unwatched DVDs, I won't be bored anytime soon.

I just bought a DC yesterday. I have Crazi Taxi and I'm looking to pick up Soul Calibur, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, various Sega Sports titles, and maybe a couple of RPG's (though I've haven't really played any RPG's since Sqauresoft's SNES offerings). Any other suggestions?
P.S. Yes, I still play my Dreamcast.

It took a while for the PS2 to surpass the quality and technical prowess of the best DC stuff but I think it's there now.
I've been playing Chu Chu Rocket lately. Using my PS2 to play Saga Frontier 2 .

Yup, I still play my dreamcast, still have it hooked up to my A/V switch along with my Saturn and SNES . Though I mostly use it for NES roms, I have a blast with Ready 2 Rumble Boxing and Zero Gunner.
BTW, I got this crazy deja vu feeling while typing this, like I have written it before. Weird

Unfortunately i think my Dreamcast finally went Kapoot ! Last week I tried playing a few games but it wouldn't recognize any of them. I had to try 10 times to get Bangi-O to work. and even after that it would only work with the system upside down. Part of the reason might be that it was sitting there for months without play, but I still wish it worked, the system is still hooked up but i've been pretty busy as of the last couple of months to play it.
