Favorite Godfather Saga quotes? [Major Spoilers]
Not sure if this'vbe been asked before, tried a search.
I finally had a chance to watch the whole thing. It has become one of my all-time favorite movies. There's some great lines in this Saga. The link is there if you need to refresh your memory.
Here are some of my favorites! I know there's too many.
Godfather I:
"He's a businessman. I'll make him an offer he can't refuse." ~Don Corleone to Johnny
"A man who doesn't spend time with his family can never be a real man." Don Corleone to Johnny Fontane
"Touch my sister againa and i'll kill you!" Sonny to Carlo
"Only don't tell me you're innocent. Because it insults my intelligence -- and makes me very angry." Michael to Carlo
"Don't ask me about my business, Kay... " Michael to Kay
Godfather II:
"My father taught me many things ... keep your friends close, but your enemies closer." Michael to Pentangeli
"I'll make an offer he don't refuse. Don't worry." Young Vito to Clemenza about Fanucci
"Don't you know that I would use all of my power to prevent something like that from happening?" Michael to Kay re:leaving
"Mikey, he has high hopes for you." Tom to Mike
Godfather III:
"Power wears out those who don't have it" Calo, Lucchesi's assassin
"Never let anyone know what you are thinking." Michael to Vincent [or Vito to Sonny?]
"You know guns. Finance is a gun. Politics is knowing whjen to pull the trigger." Don Lucchesi to Vincent
Whew! Any that I missed?
Lots of sig-worthy quotes there, IMO.
This is a great site for Godfather fans.

The Godfather. Sonny to the assembled group, (with all the Chinese food containers on the table), discussing the plan to hide the pistol for Michael: "I want somebody good, and I mean real good to do this. I don't want my brother comin' outta there with jus' his dick in his hand..."
McLusky "How's the Eye-talian food in this place?" (Like they've got anything else... )
The Godfather, Part II. Michael: "Roth's been dying of the same heart attack for the last ten years..."

"Your father did business with Hyman Roth, your father respected Hyman Roth, but your father never trusted Hyman Roth!"
"My offer is this...nothing."
"You guinea brat!"
"I don't care how many goomba greaseballs come out of the woodwork."
"I'm German-Irish."
"Well, my kraut-mick friend..."
and my favorite
"I'M SMART!"

Michael Corleone: Luca Brasi held a gun to his head while my father assured him that either his brains or signature would be on the contract. That's my family, Kay. it's not me. (Michael to Kay)
Clemenza: It's a Sicilian message. It means Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes.

Sonny: "Goddamn FBI don't respect nothin'. "
I love when in that scene Sonny gets the guy's camera, throws it on the ground breaking it, and then dumps a few bills on the ground to pay for the camera like it was nothing. So awesome.
The best exchange in the first film:
Michael Corleone: My father is no different than any powerful man, any man with power, like a president or senator.
Kay Adams: Do you know how naive you sound, Michael? Presidents and senators don't have men killed!
Michael Corleone: Oh. Who's being naive, Kay?
Just the way Pacino says that last line. His tone, his facial expression. Excellent acting.
Don Corleone: What have I ever done to make you treat me so disrespectfully? If you'd come to me in friendship, then this scum that ruined your daughter would be suffering this very day. And if by chance an honest man like yourself should make enemies, then they would become my enemies. And then they would fear you.
Surprised no one's mentioned this one:
Clemenza: Leave the gun. Take the cannoli
Michael Corleone: Some people will pay a lot of money for that information, but then your daugther would lose a father, instead of gaining a husband.
Michael Corleone: I don't feel I have to wipe everybody out, Tom. Just my enemies.
Michael Corleone: My offer is this: nothing. Not even the $20,000 for the gaming license, which I would appreciate if you would put up personally. (I LOVE this one)
