Preorder Zelda GC and get Ocarina of Time and Ocarina of Time Master Quest free
I saw this at both Ebgames.com and Gamestop.com.
When you preorder Zelda: The Wind Walker you get Ocarina of Time and Ocarina of Time Master Quest for the Gamecube free. You have two choices, you can get it when Wind Walker ships or you can pay $5 to get the bonus games early. Ocarina of Time Master Quest was never released stateside, only in Japan.
I'm assuming the games are the same as their N64 counterparts, but with higher resolution graphics.
I'm not sure if this works for in-store. Also, EBgames.com and Gamestop.com shipping is $4.99 for Ground, $5.99 for 2-Day Air.
Here are the links to the respective sites.

I'll probably order this eventually through ebworld when they have free shipping again. Would like to tool around with the Ocarina of Time again.

I've had this preordered from EB for a few weeks now. They called me the other day and said Nintendo is now charging $15 for the extra disc and I would have to put down $5 more in addition to the $10 I've already put down. Was that BS?

This is from the GameCube sight:
It says nothing about having to pay for it, so I think EB is trying to screw you. I think I will wait a little bit and see if other retailers are going to have it available, as I don't really like EB all that much.

Starting Feb. 16, 2003, when a customer places a deposit for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker at a participating retailer, they’ll receive a special, limited-edition playable disk featuring two games: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Master Quest -- an updated version of the game which was never released outside of Japan.

EB got the extra $5 from me... here is the text of their message
"Hello from EBgames.com!
Thanks for choosing us. Since you pre-ordered The Legend of Zelda: The Wind
Waker from us we are writing to inform that you will also be receiving a
limited edition bonus offer. Nintendo has announced that they will be
releasing two fully playable Gamecube versions of previous Zelda games to
complement the release of The Wind Waker. The two titles will be the
Ocarina of Time, which was originally released for the N64, and the same
disk will also contain the Ocarina of Time Master Quest. The second title
is an updated release of the original N64 version which was never released
outside of Japan!
If you would like to receive this bonus offer when we ship The Wind Waker
(currently releasing on 3/24), you do not have to do anything further. We
will add it to your order and there will be no additional cost.
The bonus offer is set to be available on February 17th and we realize many
of our customers would like to receive it at that time. We will be happy to
send it to you on or near February 17th. If you choose this option you
will incur an additional $5 charge to cover the cost of shipping. You will
be charged shipping for The Wind Waker and the bonus disk at the time the
bonus disk ships. If you would like to receive the disk early, please
respond to this email with "Bonus Disk Early" in the subject line. We will
take care of the addition immediately and send a confirmation back to you.
Remember, if you do not mind waiting until the release of The Wind Waker to
receive your bonus disk, you do not need to respond. We will make the
addition to your order and there will be no additional charge.
Should you have any questions about this, please feel to include those in
your response. If you prefer, you can call us at 877-432-9675. Our hours
of operation are 8 am to Midnight, 7 days a week, Eastern Standard Time.
Best Regards,
EBgames.com Customer Service"
Guess someone could still get the disk and then cancel their pre-order and get two Zelda games for $5 shipped...

Not 100% sure, but I preordered just in case. I did it at my local EB so I won't have to pay the extra $5 shipping.

I wouldn't really consider these 'two' free games. Master Quest is essentially the same thing as Ocarina of Time, with minor differences here and there.
I don't know if that extra 15 dollars thing is true, but I sure wouldn't pay it since i've already beat OoT.
What I did to sweetin this deal was I went to EB and did their "Trade 1 game in, get a new release for 29.99" deal. That way I'm actually getting OoT AND Wind Waker for 30 bucks.

Can someone get a list of stores that are participating in this deal? I'm thinking BB will probably not. The only game specialty stores around me are a Gamestop, and an X-EB (which i'd prefer not to go to because the workers are jerks), though the trade in deal is tempting. Anyone know if Target is doing this?

I just talked to the guy at EB. You have to make a $15 deposit for this game instead of the usual $5. But the game costs the exact same amount ($50). So the balance due will be $35 instead of $45.
The reason for this is they don't want people getting the bonus disc and then flaking out on the pre-order. I guess they figure less people will try that if there's $15 at stake instead of $5.

Edited to add: IGN's online store is advertising this as well.
