Terminator 3 & Final Destination 2: Anyone Waiting?

I just saw the trailers for these two films. I am really excited for them both.

Is anyone else looking forward?

FD2 really looked great, I know it's pretty much a new cast but it still looks good.

T3 looks pretty good too. The trailer was awesome

They both look good, but I'm not really THAT excited about it. I'll see them when they come out though.

I'm looking forward to T3, but I dunno about final destination. I didn't think the first one was all that great and part 2 seems like a carbon copy of the first one but it just has a girl as the main character instead of a guy

T3 will be a mindless summer popcorn flick. Check your brain at the door. I like those, though.

I was very suprised with Final Destination when I watched it. I thought it was very well done. I doubt they can reproduce that same feel, but I may give it a whirl.

T3 has two good movies going for it.
Final Destination, on the other hand...

Final destination 2 just looks sadistic. The first one I tolerated becuase the concept was original. Now the makers just said "hey, what are some more ways we can kill people? First we'll put their hand in a garbage disposal to creep people out, then they'll slip on some water and burn to death."

T3 is an obvious cash in but I will see it because T2 is the best action movie of all time.

I'll see them both but I think Terminator 3 should be a silent film. All the lines in the trailer were laughable.

Not especially.

T3 really shouldn't happen. But then nothing "succeeds" in Hollywood like a copy of a copy of a copy.

Lets just be happy that Arnold agreed to do it, and Vin Deisal (sp?) turned it down.

T3 trailor looked like garbage with the worst one liner in a movie ever "she'll be back" come on cant we be a little more original? But since T1 was the greatest action/slasher flick of all time I will go see it for laughs,FD2 looks like crap but I cant judge it since I didnt see the first one, gonna rent it tonight since people said there was death in it.

Just to clear up the waters, Glen Morgan and James Wong, X-Files vets and creators of the first film aren't involved in any way with the sequal. They didn't have the burning urge to tell another tale in this universe..........this is pretty much milking the cash cow on New Line's part.

However, if they can keep the feel of the first one and have some cool death scenes, I'll be pretty happy. (Though I'd be happier with Devon Sawa in the cast)

People always talked about T3 for over a decade, always wondering, at least it will be more closure, to have another film out, although I expect T4 to be the last. T4 should be set in the future battling skynet, no more time traveling, like T2-3D at universal studios, but a complete movie with more story and characters.

However, Jeffrey Reddick, the guy who actually came up with the idea and co-wrote the screenplay for the first film, also came up with the idea for the sequel and is executive producing it.

Anyone know why Sawa wasnt written into this one. He and Larter were both signed at one point.
I think it would have been better with his character.

T3, looks like a parody.
Lesson? If Jim Cameron doesnt want to do the movie, Dont do it!
