have you ever given information to imdb?
i have given three pieces of information
i mentioned the mistake in carrie where we see the car wheels fall off twords the end and then the next shot, they are back there
that for casino royale, the dvd contains the mgm logo instead of the columbia logo.
and
the deleted scenes of true romance (i just did those so they wont be up for a few days)

I remember that I did it a couple of times some months ago. What it was I actually corrected them on I can't remember. However, I'm sure it was of grave importance and prevented something really bad from happening to the movie industry
Well......Maybe they just threw it out and I wasted my time.......Yup......That must be it

I remember about 7 years ago, when I was pretty immature (hey, still in middle school) and I did submit a false name to a film. It was an independent movie starring Jamie Kennedy. I submitted that the lead actor's name was "Ivana ****" and THEY ACTUALLY POSTED IT ON THE SITE. It stayed up for about a month! They took it down when I tried to add biography info for Ms. ****, and they then realized it was a joke.

I've submitted probably a dozen things over the years. Mostly AKA titles.
Every once in a while, I'm looking up an obscure DVD that is coming out soon, and it doesn't seem to be in the IMDb. With a bit of searching (crossreferencing the actors/director/etc.), I usually find that it simply has a different title for video. I submit those when I find them, and they usually show up in a few days.

I submitted something but its not there. A guy i work with is close friend to Ben Burtt (lucas sound guy, ewokese, award for ET sound) and he told me that Burtt was the Guy in Jedi who is in the power station, on the ewok planet, who yells something like (hey, or you shouldnt be here) and gets shot first. i submitted that to imdb but it never showed up.

I knew someone must have done this ... which is why I asked. I've seen some stuff on there that was clearly a joke; sometimes it's funny ... sometimes it's really stupid.
