Looking for GBA bargins

I'm trying to build a GBA library, and I need to find some good deals on some titles. I picked up Castlevania throught the KayBee deal, but I was wondering if you guys knew of any other deals that were that good.
Also, does anybody sell any screen protection for the GBA? I remember my old Gameboy getting scratched all the time. Anyway, thanks for the help guys.

You can easily replace the plastic screens. You can buy them direct fronm Nintendo. They cost about $5 each.

JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PUT IT ON!!

Thanks to my mad rush to get rid of my scratched ridden screen I wasn't paying attention, and I now have a scratch-free screen with a tiny dust hair underneath it..

Breath of Fire 1 is still 14.99 online at EBWorld (of course, you have to pay shipping on top of that).

It still is. It is at ours anyway. Looks like that will be the new normal price for it now.

Oooh.. slightly tempting. Seeing as they are usually strictly retail price, I'm sure B&M's will have it for that much too.

Not to go OT here, but could you elaborate on how you get one of these. Further, how does one install the new screen cover? The screws on the back of the GBA seem to have a triangular thread. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The plastic screen cover can be pulled off without disassembling the case. Take the thinnest flathead you have and pry it loose, it's just stuck on with sticky stuff.

If you still want info on disassembling the thing, read the Afterburner install instructions at http://www.tritonlabs.com/ . BTW, the Afterburner rules. I installed one. It's the only lighting solution you'll ever need. Although I really do need to open it back up and wire the dimmer control in there, it's way too bright by default.

I got about 10 GBA and GBC titles for only $9.99. Target's stupid yet profitable Raincheck policy is amazing.

I got a flyer in the mail the other day. There are a bunch of $10 GBA games, but the sale ends today. Stupidly, I left the flyer at the store when I picked up some games today, but I can remember the following:

Zoocube
Smuggler's Run
Atlantis
Rayman
Bomberman Max 2: Blue Advance
Some Sabrina the Teenage Witch Game
Pinball of the Dead
Mike Tyson Boxing

The prices are not marked in the store, and it's while supplies last. I don't know whether these automatically rang up at $10 or something had to be keyed in for the sale. Hopefully somebody can list the rest of the titles available.

edited to add that the sale is at EB.

I can't seem to find Pinball of the Dead anywhere now. Is there a good price comparison site for GBA titles? Gamepricezone doesn't touch the GBA any more.

The raincheck policy works like this - say that game X is on sale for $9.99, but it's regular price is $19.99 - a 50% discount. At the end of the week, it's most likely going to be out of stock. So if you want, you can get a raincheck that will allow you to get that game or any other game for the same system for the same %discount. Voila, a bunch of overpriced GBA games are suddenly within reach. 2 weeks ago Shreck was only $9.99, and i got 10 rainchecks for it. There's no limit to how many rainchecks you can get or how many times you can abuse this policy of theirs. I got:

Metroid Fusion
Zelda: LTTP
both Zelda Oracle games
Yoshi's Island
Advance Wars
Wario Land 4
Pokemon Gold, Silver, Yellow

Ahhh, thanks for the tip.

So this raincheck policy from Target could conceivably apply to other console games as well. I guess it could even work with DVDs. Will have to keep an eye on large % markdowns on Target items from now on.

No sounds like you basically get the same % off (in this case 50%) ... sounds great, I'll have to remember this next time. Thanks for the info superboyreturns
