Where's Gabe Kaplan?
Why he's in Vegas hosting the World Series of Poker...that's where (on ESPN2 right now)!!! From the sounds of it, he has been a professional poker player for the last twenty years.....I guess that rules out a boxing match with boom boom Washington on Fox anytime soon

I saw part of that today. Who ended up winning? The guy with the blue-tinted glasses looked like one cool customer.
I think that Gabe Kaplan actually won the world series a few years ago.

Tyglo, that was Gabe Kapler. He is now on the Rangers.
The WSOP is in May, so either it was a rerun or different tournament (even if it wasn't a rerun, they have never shown it live. Poker on television just wouldn't work live).

I saw the E! Ture Hollywood Story on Welcome Back Kotter a couple weeks ago, and they mentioned that he won "The Superbowl of Poker" I assume they meant the World Series
