Donkey Kong Country: The Legend of the Crystal Coconut (The movie, not the game...)
Mods, please keep this thread here, as it does relate more to video games than movies... thanks.
OMG! What a horrid little movie...
We went to Blockbuster Video last night to get a movie to watch, and yu can get a kids rental for free, so I let my four year old pick one out. He saw DKC:TLOTCC sitting there and immediately grabbed it and ran to us, begging for it. So we let him get it.
I walk into the TV room this morning and he's watching it, thinking that it is the funniest thing in the world. The animation is crude, the characters are crude, the shadows are missing, I thought for a moment that I was watch an early episode of Beast Wars.
Needless to say, I explained to him that there was a video game for the N64 (Donkey Kong Country) that this movie was based on, and now he wants me to get it so he can play it.
Luckily, my little (17 yo) brother has this game and I'm just going to borrow it from him.
Have any of you here ever seen this attrociuos film?
Just wondering...
