I've enjoyed watching the past Amazing race reality series, and would really love to see an Amazing Race 4. Unfortunately, because of poor promoting by CBS, Amazing Race 2 & 3 have done poorly in the rating, so I am somwhat unsure if we will see another season. If there was an Amazing Race 4, wouldn't CBS post the applications on their website. Anyone know if there will be an Amazing Race 4?

I'm glad to read about the new season. Unlike Survivor, which has grown stagnent over the last few games, The Amazing Race has gotten better and better. I think their casting crew should help out the Survivor bunch, because the people are ultimately what make these shows work.

As far as poor ratings, that is the nice thing about these reality shows. With such a comparitively low production cost (no writers, actors, etc.), they don't need to make as much money, or have as high of ratings, for the show to be picked up again and again.

I really think CBS should pair up the new seasons of Survivor and The Amazing Race on Wednesday nights (or any other night together). With the Survivor lead in, The Amazing Race would surely catch more people. It would also help Survivor not running against Friends.

also, they should show it during the summer. it would be a surefire ratings winner, that way. just look at how well big brother did. or survivor. etc.
