DVD Player that plays VCDs?
I was wondering if there were any DVD players out there that will play VCDs burnt on CDRs? I'm not trying to spend a lot of money as this would be a second player, but I would like to watch VCDs on my TV and my current player doesn't do that. I'm sorry if this is a repeat thread, but search won't look at anything less that 4 characters.

Visit www.vcdhelp.com. There you can search a database of players for a machine to fit your needs. Lots of players in the $75-$150 range will play CD-R, CD-RWs, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW discs.

VCD Support
Here is a copy from the Panasonic site listing of the RV-32:
Playable Disc Type DVD-Video, DVD-R, Video CD, CD, CD-R, CD-RW
You can check it out at http://www.prodcat.panasonic.com/sho...goryid=%202977
I bought this player for exactly the same reasons.
Edit: Almost forgot, until March 31, 2003 there is a $20 Panasonic rebate on the RV-32:
