Angry Chick Bands...please add your fav's

OK, i'm looking to find some new "Angry Chick Music", either an all chick band, or at least a lead girl singer. Here are a few of mine that i know of:

Kittie
OTEP
Jack Off Jill (now defunct as Scarling)
Daisy Chainsaw
L7
Betty Blowtorch (lead singer dead)
Lords of Acid (Ok, some of it)
Hole (old stuff)
Bikini Kill
Babes in Toyland

I know i'm missing some i have, but it's early

None for me. I run in to enough angry chicks in feminist theory.

Alanis was cool, though, when she was mad . She doesn't much seem mad anymore, though, and I think her music if suffering for it.

She's sort of a band unto herself, so I'm going to say:

PJ Harvey

"Lick my legs
I'm on fire
Lick my legs
I'm desire"

PJ

GrrrrowwwllllllLLLL!

There's something sexy about seeing this waif-like woman with this guitar strapped around her, alternately screaming/singing about sex.

So, I'm going to go with PJ.

Red Aunts

However, they're now disbanded (I know guitarist/singer Terri Wahl is in The Screws). The earlier stuff is hard to listen to because they were learning the instruments, but their last album Ghetto Blaster is wonderfully brutal assault. It's also produced by the king of Detroit, Mick Collins.

And I heard Texas Terri & the Stiff Ones are pretty angry.

First band that came to mind was Hole, but more or less just Courtney Love. She is just pissed off at the world.

Second vote would have to go for the original Veruca Salt (if I spelled that right).

The Muffs aren't always angry, but really great. Maybe the Pandoras as well.

Good List guys, i may not agree with all of your choices (Alanis is a whiny Canadian in my opinion).

Also thought of a local act, BroadZilla...great name. CRUD also had a female on a few of their songs....damn good band.

I guess I'll be the first to mention the Lunachicks.

Seems like only yesterday that I saw the lead singer reach into her pants, pull out a tampon, and throw it into the crowd. Ahhhh, memories...
