wanted: D.W. Griffith Masterworks set review

Wondering about the quality of the transfers, and how the releases in this Kino set stack up against previous versions. Thanks...

Anybody find anything on this? It's available at DeepDiscount for a great price (just under $60) but would like to read some more info on it if possible...

I just bought the box set thanks to this site, even thought i already have most of David Shepards Griffith DVD's. Here is another review i found: http://www.boxoff.com/scripts/fiw.dl...=ID&terms=3580
Once i open the box set and get into it, I can let you guys know how they compare to the Image DVD's that I already own, if you want me to.

And now another review: http://slate.msn.com/id/2076307/. Although this is more about Griffith's career than anything else. I am starting to notice more and more reevaualtion of Griffith over the last few months. I wonder if it is the beginning of the resurection of his image?
