Sopranos Question - Mild Spoilers, I guess
How the hell is Christopher Tony's nephew? 
He's not Janice's son. He's not Tony's other sister's kid. Uncle Junior doesn't have any kids, so Chris can't be one of his grandkids. He can't be the grandkid of June's "feeble-minded" brother since Tony only found out about that uncle in Season 2. I've looked back at all 3 seasons on DVD and couldn't find the answer. Christopher's mother only appeared on the show this season and was never defined as being anyone in relation to Tony.
So, how is he Tony's nephew? Am I missing something here?

Ahh..okay. I was thinking he was blood-related to Tony since he said he was going to rely on Christopher more since he's "his blood." Thanks, guys!
