Score from The Fan?

Score from The Fan?
I recently bought "The Fan" (with Wesley Snipes and Robert DeNiro) and remembered how much I loved the movie. The thing I loved the most was the score by Hans Zimmer.
I searched all over for the Hans Zimmer score but all I could find was a 20 minute track on the "Soundtrack" for The Fan.
What is curious is that the favorite part of the score is during the credits when someone sings some lyrics over a section of the score music which I particularly loved. These lyrics being sung is nowhere to be found on any CD.
I was wondering if this sometimes happens when music (a score) for a movie cannot be found so it can be purchased? Does anyone know the song I am referring to and whether it can be found on CD anywhere? I have been looking everywhere on-line.
