If Aliens landed on earth, what movies would you show them?
What movies would you show Aliens if they landed on earth? Do you think Aliens would laugh at any of our comedies, or cry at any of our dramas? These all seem to be universal emotions.
You can list movies that you'd just want to show them, or movies that you think give a nice glimpse of humanity. Your thoughts?

Anyway, comedy isn't even shared on our own planet. Many cultures have no concept of American comedy; the reverse is also true in many cases.

Good points have been brought up. Comedy is a very subjective thing. I doubt any aliens would laugh at the Jerry Seinfeld show, which pokes fun at our everyday lives. Perhaps the slapstick of Chaplin might evoke anger and sadness in aliens.
Let's say aliens laugh and have a good time shooting each other in the head. None of us humans would find that very funny (I'd hope).
