No MovieCash in LOTR Gift Set from Amazon.ca
Does anyone know whether or not the LOTR Gift Set from Amazon.ca should have the MovieCash?. Or can anyone confirm that they did receive MovieCash in there LOTR set from Amazon.ca.

I don't know the actual answer to that, but I did get the James Bond box set from amazon.ca and that didn't include the moviecash for Die Another Day. So maybe the amazon.com moviecash deals don't apply for the canadian shipments. Of course, maybe my set was a fluke.
