Yeah, don't bother asking for one. They no longer have them. One CSR told me this the other day--and she also told me that they're all qualified to help out with any situation. I usually ask for one directly if I'm calling for an additional time and I'm a bit annoyed.

Just a heads up. If someone actually finds one again, please post, so I can know I was had.

They started paying the order specialists using the same ordering system that customers use.

After months of OT falling off the paycheck due to an address change and the infamous double negative causing previous deductions to be added back as new deductions, Amazon has reached its goal of zero order specialists without layoffs.


Jeff Bezos said" We continue to reach our negative employee growth goals while using the same accounting system to increase profit margins on sales"

When asked to explain Mr. Bezos declined to comment
