Kathryn Bigelow's The Weight Of Water
Just saw it yesterday, I liked it. Of course its more visual or stylistic than well written, but the actors do a nice job and bigelow's top notch direction serve the story well.
Anyone else see it or want to?

bigelow's the weight of water
I have just read some reviews of this film by american critics. They are pathetic! I keep wondering how come a country like the U.S can be the birth place of artists like Orson Wells, Nicholas Ray, Martin Scorcese and a million others, and also a bunch of incompetent, boring, ignorant critics.

Excellent film...that was absolutely trashed at home in the US. To the above poster...count how many Oscars Scorcese have and when you finish I will let you know my answer.....
