Sly Cooper & the Thiecius Raccoonus

Anyone playing this game? I've seen pretty good reviews in a couple of magazines. I'm not a huge platformer, but do enjoy them occasionaly when a good one comes out (Conker).

I played the demo and it was really good. I heard the game was short (8 hours or so) so I'm going to wait to get this until the price comes down.

There was a thread on this a while back.

Given that it's only supposed to take about 9 hours to beat, most of the people that picked it up at release have probably long since finished it.

I picked up the game and absolutely love it. I finished the main quests (as well as the bottle collecting portion), and now I'm just working on the timed levels.

While it didn't take me a long time to "beat" the game, I don't think the shorter than "average" game time should stop people from buying this title. Sure, the seasoned gamer will be able to complete the game in under 10 hours. But that doesn't mean that it wasn't the most fun 10 hours I've had playing a game. A reason why it may seem so short is that you don't have to constantly fight with the control scheme. It's so simple, yet the game keeps presenting new combinations of your various moves. Plus, you'll finish this game fast because you just won't be able to put it down.

I purchased Vice City on Tuesday, and I put Sly Cooper back into my PS2 in order to play the game again. It's really that good.

Cool thanks, I searched before but didn't come up with anything.
