help finding this song (rap-metal, metal, nu-metal)
my friend the other day told me to pick up the pace, that made me think of this song that has someone yell "pick up the pace, come, pick up the pace." it is shouted and not "sung" i also don't think it is said by whoever does the main vocals in the song. it might be at the front of the song or in a lull before it starts back up.
i'm thinking it might be soulfly, slipknot, hed pe, fear factory, disturbed, but i haven't found it yet.
any ideas?

finally found it. it was soulfly, song #10 on their first album.
"pick up the pace, come, pick up the pace" wasn't exactly correct.
