Super Monkey Ball Screwed up Progressive Scan
I have a samsung 42" widescreen HDTV
and when I switch to progressive scan mode
my screen moves slightly to the left
and leaves a black bar on the right side
is there a way to adjust the screen position
while in game or to get the options menu?
however this did not happen in Mario Sunshine, which is also progressive scan
it's dead centered
plz help
thanks

You know, I have a 42" Pannasonic, and think I have the exact same problem, except that I have the bar on the left side. It doesn't seem to happen with other games in progressive scan such as eternal darkness etc..
Odd. I'm curious of this too.

You might want to indicate that this is a technical problem in your thread title. The reads are probably mostly from people like me who think you need help with actually playing the game.

yeah I think it's Sega, they screwed up the aspect ratio
damn it I wish they included an option in the game to
adjust screen position
guess I'll go back to non progressive mode
couldn't see that much of difference anyway
oh and I'll change the topic title
