this ever happen to anyone? I hit the open/close button on the remote and out popped the tray - with NO DVD on it! I closed it, hoping the DVD would fall into place and it made some horrible noises. Hit open again and the DVD was laying half in/half out of the tray. At least it came out. Player seems to work fine, but weird. happen to anyone else?

Not with a DVD player but I have had it happen with a cd player.

all seems to be well, it was a toshiba 3107. had it for 2 years or more I think.
