anyone know much about star wars galaxies?
i've been hearing some major hype about this game and i was wondering if it will be all that. i couldn't find any threads here pertaining to this game...has there been any discussion about it?

i don't know of any discussion about this game, but i know it will be insanely sweet.

Your best bet is to sign up for the beta. You more than likely won't get in until beta 4 (unless you've been participating on the forum or in an uber guild in other games for years), but at least if you get in there you get a taste of what to expect a bit before the game is released.
If it's half as good as it looks, it'll be an easy winner since the current sci-fi MMORPG's are as much fun as sticking your finger in a light socket.
