Poker Industries = No Customer Service?

Poker Industries = No Customer Service?
I e-mailed their customer service about a replacement DVD for a defective DVD which I shipped back to them over two weeks ago.
My first inquiring e-mail to them regarding to the status of the replacement DVD was on 8/1/02. Still have not received a single reply from them.
I already sent them 3 e-mails on this matter. No single reply from them.
They used to be fast and responsible in replying e-mails.
With this bad experience, I would rather take my business elsewhere. Actually direct importing DVD's from HK sites such as hivizone or dvdshelf.com is much cheaper than buying from pokerindustries anyway.

I e-mailed them on July 28th and 29th with some questions regarding my order. They replied in a timely manner.
However, one item from my order placed a month ago still has not shipped. They provided no explanation why it didn't ship with the other items until I e-mailed them to ask. They responded with a pretty vague restocking date. The site is sorely lacking the ability to check order status, as well as real-time inventory. Had I known this item was out at the time I ordered, I probably would have chosen something else.
