DTS editions of The Rock and Face/Off
Buenva Vista is re-releasing both titles in DTS in Taiwan, region 3. I don't think it's doing it anywhere else in the world---yet.
Here's the link, if your browser supports Chinese.

Cool to hear of the Face/Off dts DVD. I took a look at the page but I can't tell if it's anamorphic, is it? All I saw was the aspect ratio of 2.35:1. I'd guess it is as Buena Vista is really good about that in R1. If so, where's a good place online to buy this when it comes out?

The only place online that sells Taiwanese DVD's is Taichung Records You can also try http://www.books.com.tw , but their shipping costs are ridiculous(50-60% of your subtotal price)!

They'll also be available in Korea sometime in August along with a DTS version of Con Air. And yes, they are all anamorphic.
They are also releasing the 2-disc release of Armageddon. This looks like the exact same as the Criterion though which means non-anamorphic.

Face/Off is distributed by Paramount in the U.S., and Paramount don't do DTS so there is no chance of this disc ever being ported over to R1. Makes it worthwhile.
The Criterion edition of The Rock already has DTS, however, so the R3 disc would seem to me to have less intrinsic value.
