DVD Box Office *bad customer service*

I emailled DVD BO a few weeks back asking if they had Baise Moi in stock, got a reply a week
later saying no it isnt.
Fine with me I thought so I emailled back asking when will it be in stock, a few days go by and
get a reply "Sorry we dont work like that, please email us again at a later date to see when it is in stock"
So I replied when tomorrow, next week, next month, next year and havent recieved a reply so I typed out the following email, saved a draft and am sending it every day to them
"Since I found your customer service terrible, and wasnt given a very satisfactory answer. I feel it is my right to send this email to you every day
Do you have Baise Moi in stock?"
What will this solve, probably nothing but damn I hate bad customer service

Have you tried ordering from somewhere else? It might save you and them some time.

I also emailled DVD Import as they also provide free worldwide shipping since im in Australia that helps

Got this in the mail this morning, makes me think how DO they work

be billed and shipped. You arent charged until it is in stock.
Your question after asking if it was in stock, was to ask if we could
e-mail you and tell you when it was in stock. We do not do that. BUt
are more than happy to check any time you want to e-mail back and ask.
