Yes, the extras seems to complete.
But the German version also get the bonus disc from the criterion and film itself is the version as the old BV disc. That means: Worse picture and worse sound

Well, I look around in some other forums and it really seems that it is indeed a 1:1 copy of the criterion except the cover.
And the best is: It is much more cheaper than the criterion
