Scalping tickets in Europe
Does anyone know about scalping policies in europe? About to leave for Ireland and want to go see the Roger Waters concert on the 24th but it's sold out. Any info about scalping abroad would be helpful(Whether it's legal, how much they inflate cover price, etc). Thanks in advance!

When I was in Munich for a Smashing Pumpkins concert, it seemed like their scalping was just about the same as it is stateside.
