Mine worked fine.... but I just had to chime in to say DAMN... what a great disc. The menus are extremely well done.... and it's a lot of fun to explore. Only thing that bugs me (mildly) .... is when the 'title' of whatever you've clicked into comes up.... it's all shakey, freaky, kinetic, etc.... i swear they were makin' me dizzy! But hey... that's the point
Definitely a great pick.... and pretty damn cheap!

I'm having the same problems.
I'm running it on a Toshiba SD-2100 (Thank you Value America!!), and everything except for the menus is messed up.
If I access a video, it's the same blurriness as the FBI warning, the Epic logo.
The only thing visible clearly is the menus.
Looking at this DVD on my HP laptop shows it as coming up clear.
I figure that they didn't run any Quality Control on this disc.
Time to write a letter to corporate asking how they could release a product that is not tested on a dedicated DVD player that many others have.

My friend bought this disc yesterday and we first tried watching it on my toshiba 2109 and the picture was blurry, pixelated, and way off center to the left and down. I put it my my PS2 in a last ditch effort and it worked. However, the picture still seemed very low resolution or blockly looking. I have never seem this before and I have over a 130 DVDs.

This is a little off-topic, but I saw Korn on MTV yesterday.....and the lead singer - his name escapes me, Jonathan Davies I think - anyway.....man, he sure has porked up hasn't he? and his nasty hair line is way back there.
If you cleaned this guy up and gave him a haircut, he'd look like an accountant.

My Toshiba also has the same problem, and just like everyone else my laptop plays it fine. It's a really good DVD and it's a dame shame they released it without some good QA.
