It's a parody to Malcom McClaren from the 1980's

Not really parody. More like ripoff of Malcolm. Buffalo Girls, to be exact.
The term "Go 'round the outside" parodies a squaredance call included in the McLaren tune, which included the call "Buffalo Girls go round the outside, round the outside, round the outside".
This is a squaredance thing. Or a lame eminem thing. Take your pick.

Malcolm McLaren first came to prominence as the notorious manager of the Sex Pistols, the premier punk rock band of the late '70s. In the 1980s, McLaren turned performing artist himself, assembling eclectic recordings that were especially popular in Great Britain.

In 1983:
McLaren began making his own records, beginning with the single Buffalo Gals, which combined traditional folk music with hip-hop.

Substitute "Trailer Park Girls" with "Buffalo Girls" and you have got Malcolm McLaren. BTW Buffalo Girls was also a good song and good video.

I can't find an audio clip of Buffalo Girls online but it's on this album.

It's a theme - Eminem also has a song called "Square Dance" on the album.

That makes more sense as a Malcon Mclaren reference. Also, just caught the Malcom McLaren Buffalo Girls video on tape (from VH1 Classics). It's good and no part of it was ripped off by Eminem.
