When I bought this disc, I saw two different packages for it. One is in a regular black DVD case, the other was in a clear case. I opted for the black case, because box-cutter happy shelf stockers cut the clear one pretty badly. My disc had no insert inside--usually, there's a pamphlet/booklet of some sort telling you about disc chapters, song titles or what not. Kind of wanted more info on the tunes, because not all the songs were Neil's/Split Enz/Crowded House. So I kind of wondered, were there two different editions of this disc released, or were they just in different types of cases and without insert(s)?
