Anyone tried to order the Roger Nygard film "Suckers" online? (UPDATE)

I want this:

http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0...1.LZZZZZZZ.jpg

But I keep getting this:

http://video.barnesandnoble.com/sear...N=694795302823

I have ordered this disc from both amazon.com and buy.com. Both times the description was for the the Roger Nygard film (the Amazon invoice even said Roger Nygard under description) but I keep getting the Sativa Brothers film. WTF?

Anyone know where I can get the "correct" disc?

UPDATE:

So I decided to keep the Amazon disc (big mistake; total suckfest) and return the buy.com disc ( I had to pay for the return shipping, btw). When I returned it, I included:

1. A letter explaining that I wanted the Roger Nygard film and NOT the Sativa Brothers film.

2. A printout of the buy.com web page I had ordered the disc from, which had a synopsis of the Roger Nygard (i.e. "correct") film. I highlighted the names of the director and the actors for good measure.

3. A life-size photo of the cover art for the correct film.

Two weeks ago, I received an e-mail saying that they were still looking for the disc. One week ago, I received an e-mail saying that my order had shipped. Well, guess what arrived in the mail today? That's right, another copy of the same damn movie I had returned! Suffice it to say that if and when this issue is resolved, I will NEVER buy from them again! Hindsight being 20/20, I wish I had kept the buy.com disc and returned the Amazon.com disc. Guess I'll have to wait for a good price on ebay/half.com.

PS any tips for dealing with buy.com "customer service" would be greatly appreciated.

I was about to suggest DVDPlanet (since they actually have a clue about the movies that they sell and aren't just a big warehouse, ala Buy.con).

Unfortunately, the one you're looking for seems to be out of stock there at the moment. (Although, I note that the one you *don't* want is there! )

Maybe eBay? At least then you will be dealing with an actual life human being who can confirm which film it is...

Edited to add: I just found a possible cause for your problem. According to www.image-entertainment.com that DVD is discontinued. It looks like eBay may be your only hope...

Try this seller I found at gemmvideos.com - the DVD you want is put out by a company called Victory Video and is apparently out of print - it's a special order priced at $22.99

Just watched this last night. Great movie. If you can play Region 2 discs, you can order this from any UK retailer. The only drawbacks are that it doesn't have the special features of the R1 disc and it's full-frame.

I don't doubt it, the only reason that I mention it is because all the listings I noticed for the R1 release mention 16x9. Still a good movie!
