Direct Video - did you order then cancel?
So, I ordered 4 DVDs about a month ago and then a day later called and cancelled 2 of the items. I did this over the phone and even got an email confirmation.
About 3 weeks later I got the DVDs I wanted. I'm happy.
Then today, I get the 2 DVDs I cancelled and my credit card has been charged! I already missed the window to call them, but just thought I'd post to alert people who might have ordered recently - I know a few of us did to get the Sandbaggers box sets.
I plan to call them tomorrow and I'll post the resolution.

So, I called today and they gave me an RMA and said of course they'll compensate me for any shipping costs.
They didn't go the 'extra step' and offer me coupons or anything - so I guess I'll remain wary of this merchant.
