What did you listen to on the way to work?

This morning I listened to Nate Dogg (I love singing along to this one).

I rotate between Bob & Tom and NPR - depends on what time I'm going to work.

Don't you mean "the crew's" Morning Madhouse, since Mancow hasn't bothered to show up for work for 3 days now?

I tried to listen to Mancow, heard that it was repeats of past shows interspersed with really poor sports interviews by the rest of the "crew," and then switched to the local adult contemporary station.

My ears were immediately assaulted with Melissa Etheridge, so I surfed over to another of those play-listed-to-death alterna-nu-metal-teen stations and heard - as if on cue - those same fateful opening piano notes of Linkin Park's "The End" song. Since that song is currently the reigning "oh-my-god-I-can't-twiddle-the-knob-fast-enough" champ, I half-assedly tried the dance station. But they were deep in one of those thumpy-thumpy "get your body on the floor" non-song grooves that make my bladder ache.

So I switched the damn radio off. And stepped on the pedal to get to work faster.

F-in' radio stations. They can all burn in hell.
