FYI - I noticed a problem with my Replay Points totals a few weeks ago, & got to checking in to it. After talking to somebody at the toll-free number, it turns out any dvd's I pre-bought(paid in full) on Triple Points days in February did not triple! I had only received credit for the purchase only. I was told at this time that it was a problem with the Replay program where no pre-bought stuff was tripled unless you called it in. Ok, a couple of days ago, I got to thinking about the stuff I bought in December, & called them again. Come to find out, none of the pre-bought stuff was tripled then either. They corrected it for me, & told me it was a minor glitch in the system & was now corrected. My opinion is to take that statement with a grain of salt, & go back and check your points!!
