DVD Empire pre-order shipping time over holidays?

Normally DVD Empire is great about shipping my pre-orders the Friday before street date, but, has anyone noticed in the past if they ship a day early (Thursday prior to street date) if the normal ship date is a holiday? With Good Friday being today I am just curious of an ETA for my 4/2 pre-orders.

Thanks all!

Judging by past history, this weeks pre-orders will probably not ship until Monday (4/1).

Something very cool, a rep from DVDEmpire emailed me with this in response to my post:

"Answer to your question, we are
open on Good Friday and so is the Post Office so this will not affect your
pre-orders in any way as far as shipping time. Please feel free to contact
me with any future questions you have. Have a nice Easter :-)"

So yay for me...

Good golly miss molly, I do love DVD Empire. Over the weekend, I figured out most of the pre-orders I want from now 'til June and plopped them on an order. Now I don't have to worry about running to CC or BB. Even with Media Mail, since I live close to their company, I get orders within 2-3 days of the ship date. Quality.

This would have all been solved if you would have known that Good Friday is NOT a national holiday. Most government offices will be open and mail will not be slowed.
