Need power supply for 4 way multiswitch

My friend gave me one of these RCA 4-way multi switches, but he doesn't have the power supply adapter. Anyone know where I might be able to pick one of these up? I'd really like to be able to use this multiswitch.

Are you sure it needs one? With DirecTV there's voltage in the coax that powers my multiswitch.

I believe it does because it doesn't work now.

Does it list the voltage and amperage on the body? Most small electrics do. If so, you can take that info, along with the polarity of the power connector (also usually listed graphically on the unit), and take it to Rat Shack to pick up a new adapter.
