SonyStyle...terrible customer service.
Has anyone ever dealt with SonyStyle's customer service? If you have, you might know what I mean when I say that their service is suckekeke. I ordered an item which was listed "in stock" on their website but turned out to be on backorder. I patiently waited for 3 weeks and then decided to cancel the order. I sent them my cancellation via email at [email protected]. I didn't receive a response so I automatically assumed that my request was clear and my order was cancelled (should've known better). A week later, I found the darn thing sitting at my doorstep. Frustrated, I sent the package back, at my own expense, and to this day (2 weeks later), I still haven't received a refund or credit for my shipping. I have called twice to no avail and have sent 3 emails with no response. I'm happy for those that have had success with their service but for those that haven't yet, this is fyi. Thanks for letting me vent!

I was in the market for a projection screen HDTV. I wrote Sony and asked to confirm the differences between two of their models because the website wasn't real clear.
The first answer was: we are real busy, check our website.
The second answer was: you can buy the manuals at (XYZ).
I sent them another email asking them if they could suggest another manufacturer who can answer questions about the products they sell, since Sony was unable to. This time I got a real answer.
By the way, I ended up getting a 61 inch Sony HDTV.
