What song do you wish was longer?

There are some songs I feel I could listen to for an entire day. Some examples:

Gordon Lightfoot -- If You Could Read My Mind
Toad the wet Sprocket -- Little Heaven and Crazy Life
David Gray -- Please Forgive Me

I know there are others, just can't remember 'em right now.

Dawgs Suck.

I'd have to say "Pale Blue Eyes" by the Velvet Underground.

AMEN!!! What a great song that only lasts a minute and a half... Such a nice tempo change in the chorus... One of my favorite songs of all time.

I don't think I would like to extend my fave short songs, but I can listen to these two a couple of times in a row:

"Sparrow" by the Boo Radleys

"Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want" by the Smiths

No Aloha by the Breeders

For anyone who has heard it, it is a really good song the way it is, but after the electric guitars kick in, it feels like they could go on for another minute or so.

Nine Inch Nails - "A Warm Place"

While I'm not the biggest NIN fan in the world (Trent's work is super derivative), this track is absolutely beautiful. But too damned short!

I love that song and it barely makes two minutes.

I thought that the full version of Inna Gadda Da Vida was like 20 minutes long? I haven't heard that one, but are you guys just being sarcastic?

My vote goes for Pink Floyds "echoes"....ok I'm only joking, but it probably is my favorite song.

I guess my real vote goes toward new metallica material. I really miss the old school jams found on the likes of ride the lightning and master of puppets. Most of the bands that I listen to though already record long songs, so I don't know!
