check out this dreamcast controller!

first of all.. this is NOT my auction.. not self promotion

I just thought it was pretty damn cool, so I figured I would post the link and see what everyone else saw as some negative points to it..

You gotta skooch right next to the person you're fighting against. And unless it's a date....

I would have bought that controller up in a second if I was into 2d fighters like I was in HS.

Back then my friends an I, in the search for the best NES Arcade pad for Street Fighter Championship Ed, bought $150 sticks or "jimmies" as we used to call them. They weren't even close to the quality of this one.

how close do you really have to get

are those any closer together then the controllers at an arcade?

although I guess your standing at an arcade.. and would probably be sitting at home.

I remember seeing that too, wasnt me though. Cant remember who posted it either.

That thing would be a bitch to store. Bad enough with the keyboard and two arcade sticks but that? Where does it go when youre not using it?

Buy two, tape them together, flip them over and you have a coffee table.

That would be the preferred controller for Virtual On. Which is absolutely horrible to play with the regular controller.

I had a Blaze stick for the PSX and I took it back. The buttons feel very cheap, and the sticks just arent very responsive. I have a Japanes Capcom Impress Cabinet(Sit Down Style) and I was hoping the Blaze stick could replicate the japanese control experience but it didnt. So, I stuck with my MAS stick. Go check out www.massystems.com for really good controllers. These are by far the best arcade sticks you can buy, and they are worth every penny.

Personally, I hate USA style joysticks and buttons. Japanese sticks and buttons are just plain better for many reasons.

Hope this helps.

Youre thinking of the Twinsticks. Theyre a third the size of that thing and have triggers in the sticks.
