If you beat DC Jet Grind Radio can you tell me...
When does this game end? I thought it would end at the end of Chapter 1, but Chapter 2 started out with a whole new level. Is this the last one? I love this game and want to go back and perfect my old levels....

It's been a while since I beat the game but I think it's over after you beat it. 
Once you get to the Time Square-esque level you're pretty damn_close to the end. IMO, the game is too much fun to worry about when it's going to be over.

When you get to the end you will play against this bold guy playing as a DJ and the satage looks like a giant disc spining around. You have to tag the outer sides of the disc and come back and paint the bold guy on top of his head.
When it ends it should have the bold guy fall off the bulding and then proffesor K should start talking and he is saying that everything was fake.
