sade is releasing her debut live album 'lovers live' on february
4th in the us and february 18th in the uk. recorded last year
on sade's 'lovers rock tour', at arrowhead pond, anaheim, ca
and great western forum, inglewood, ca, the album is available
on cd, md, vhs and dvd. the cd includes thirteen live tracks,
the vhs includes 22 tracks and the dvd includes all 22 tracks
plus a host of extra footage and features.
this tour was sade's first live dates in seven years, to which
she received outstanding reviews; "lovers rock tour best concert
of the year " - vibe magazine
the dvd and vhs was filmed by sophie muller (who also directed
the videos for 'by your side' and 'king of sorrow'). dvd extras
include backstage footage shot by the polish brothers, the video
of 'king of sorrow', a selection of tour photographs and
messages to sade from the fans. sade explains "we were compelled
to include images of members of our audience, who inspired us
and stirred our emotions".

this legendary singer displaying a career-spanning set.
