Batman GC Question
Could anyone tell me what is the purpose of the secret keys 1 & 2? Where is the door that those keys open?

I can't remember exactly, but I think those are the keys that open the offices in the power plant (Poison Ivy) level. You use them to get one of the cheat envelopes. Check out gamefaqs.com to get more info.
