The color is called "spice"... and no, it's not out here yet.

It has shown up in Japan though.

Probably, since we got the same GBA colors as Japan (except for the LE's?), and there's already a Spice controller out here.

I thought I heard on ign or something that Japan also had a spice colored GBA.

I'm gonna pick up an universal spice cube in a week or 2 also NCSX has spice universals for 299

Nintendo also has a black Game Boy Advance in Japan. This is the color I want and I hope they release it in the US soon.

I found it! Well I found the Spice GBA, actually I think it may be different then spice? Heres the pic:
