Does the Game Boy Advance have regional lock-out?
Just wondering.... if I order as a birthday present for a relative who's in the UK for four months a Game Boy Advance from a UK site.... if she'll be able to buy and use US games when she gets back here in May (or if I should just buy her a US system and mail it to her)
